EMPLOYEE GUIDE: HOLIDAY GIFT CARD SALES

GIFT CARD GUIDELINES

  • Gift cards never expire
  • If the recipient loses the card, it can be looked up under the purchaser's name
  • The gift card amount can be applied towards any service
  • For direct service/spa day purchases, ask the customer if they want to include a tip, and add "tip included" to the gift card

Remember to log this gift card sale in the company's gift card tracker. Also, track which specific wellness items were included in the Wellness Bag (excluding lip balm, booklet, and salt bag)

ENVELOPE GIFT CARDS ($149 & BELOW)

Customer: "I want to buy a gift card for $100."
You: "Great, let me get that for you!"
Action:
  1. Get envelope and gift card
  2. Write desired amount on gift card
  3. Process payment
  4. Add general menu to envelope, do not seal
  5. Apply a sticker to the envelope
"There's a 'To:' and 'From:' section on the gift card, as well as instructions on how to book. I've included a menu for them to look over. Happy Holidays!"

BOX GIFT CARDS ($150 - $299)

Customer: "I want to buy a gift card for $200."
You: "Great, let me get that for you!"
Action:
  1. Get gift card and box
  2. Write desired amount on gift card
  3. Process payment
  4. Add general menu or desired service menu to box
  5. Apply a sticker to the box
  6. OPTIONAL: Black Bag & 1-2 Tissue papers
CHOOSE ONE for BOX:
  • BATH SALTS
  • LIP BALM

WELLNESS BAG & BOX GIFT CARDS ($300 - $499)

Customer: "I want to buy a gift card for $350."
You: "Great, any purchases $300 and over come with our Wellness Bag! Let me get that for you."
Action:
  1. Get gift card, box, and Wellness Bag
  2. Select 1 TOP tier and 1-2 BOTTOM tier Wellness items
  3. Wrap items in tissue paper and place in Wellness Bag (client can choose items if they want to)
  4. Write desired amount on gift card
  5. Process payment
  6. Add general menu or desired service menu to box, place in Wellness Bag
  7. Apply a sticker to the Wellness Bag & Box
CHOOSE 2-3 for BAG:
  • Wrap in Tissue paper Individually
  • TOP TIER Gift 1-2

  2. Select 1 TOP tier and 1-2 BOTTOM tier Wellness items
  3. Wrap items in tissue paper and place in Wellness Bag (client can choose items if they want to)
  4. Write desired amount on gift card
  5. Process payment
  6. Add general menu or desired service menu to box, place in Wellness Bag
  7. Apply a sticker to the Wellness Bag & Box

  • This promotion is for customers buying multiple gifts (e.g., 6 employees, 6 family members)
  • Includes 1 therapist service plus 1 treatment (e.g., massage or express facial + sauna or float)
  • 6 spa days for $899 ($1,000 value)
  • 12 spa days for $1,500 ($2,000 value)
  • Gifts can be in separate boxes for each recipient or all in one box for a single recipient
  • No additional wellness gift items are included, except for the customer's own purchase
  • Apply a sticker to the box or bag
