Your $100 payment will be applied to your massage appointments with Jen on 10/7 at 1:00p and 10/14 at 1:00p and is required to secure both reservations.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule and retain the applicable deposit credit. Changes or cancellations inside 48 hours will forfeit the deposit for that appointment.

Gratuity is not included and may be taken care of at checkout following each massage.
